Accommodations & Travel Information

 

If you and/or your subdivision are arriving before the official check-in date of July 31, 2015, please contact the admin team at dallasconference2015@gmail.com to make accommodation arrangements.

 

If you and/or your subdivision are attending the 3-day Texas Tour post conference tour, please make arrangements to fly out by 12PM on August 8. If you and/or your subdivision are NOT attending the 3-day post conference tour but will attend the 1/2 day tour, please arrange to fly out by 12PM on August 4. All accommodations will be at our nearby hotel.

 

Since conference begins at 3PM on July 31, our last airport pick-up time will be at 1:00PM. In order to save fuel and the energy of our transportation committee members, we kindly ask that you and/or your subdivision groups make travel arrangements into Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport or Love Field Airport according to our pick-up times:

Dallas Love Field Airport

1:00 PM
